Q: What should I expect during a session?
A: When Helen works with you long distance you can either talk on the phone or via Zoom. During the session you can sit in a place where you are comfortable or you can lay down in a place where you are comfortable. Some people experience physical sensations such as feeling heat, light pressure, calmness just to name a few things.
Q: What is a long distance session
A: Helen will connect with you energetically to conduct a healing session with you. In the energy healing world, time and space are very different and people who are energy healers can assist people with changes in physical and emotional states. Helen does not have to be in the same room as you for change to occur.
